Greetings Ladies,

I have been hoovering around this site for about a year, learning so much about hair, stealing your tips & everything.

Last week I finally found the courage to order my first bottle of MTG, it came last night. I actually don't mind the smell, as a child I used the Black Dax, it made me quite nostalgic- my boyfriend noticed immediately, I tried to go about my business and he was like WHAT THE HELL IS THAT??? Anyway I don't care what he says, its my journey, I won't give MTG up till I see the results I want. I hope it works nothing else ever has, anyway I'll step out on faith with this one.

Are there any MTG newbbies? I know its only been a day but when do you thinlk I'll see some growth? My hairline is a mess, sometimes I look at the state of my hair and want to cry... anway I'm glad I finally joined.

I recently received my bottle of MTG. I am going to start using it tomorrow. The smell is not as bad as I excepted either. How many times per week are you going to apply it? I think I will follow the directions on the bottle and stick with once a week. I might get greedy and try twice a week though . I hope I can see a difference in 4 to 6 weeks. Anyway Happy Hair Growing

Welcome. I haven't used MTG in a long time, but you probably will see the result around four weeks of use. Sometimes sooner for some.

My hair is really bad I think I'll start by using it every other day - I hope that is not too much & maybe everyday on my hairline.

Welcome! I've used MTG for over a month now and got good results. I am almost finished my first bottle and so I made my own concoction last night. It does make my hair hard and so it no likey. I have made my own with sulphur powder and a few oils. If you search for Kbragg's link, she has made her own as well and has gotten really good results from it. HTH!

WELCOME. I am using mtg now with my braids and hopefully will start seeing something soon again i had to redo my whole head because i had so much newgrowth in 2 1/2 weeks. But it does mke your hair feeel hard and rough so i agree on that one. But good luck

I was wondering what HHP stood for I though people were cussing me out or something!!!! Thanks for the support, lets see how this goes. I have to get some new shampoo any suggestions right now I have the Surge Shampoo and Anaphase( which is what I used for thinning hair, I'm not sure if its any good).
