New Growth...HELP!!!

Thanks to all of the tips from you Ladies, my hair is making great progress! My hair is growing fast and I am only about 4 weeks post. I want to wait another 4-5 weeks before I get my next relaxer but I know by next week, I'll be crying for the creamy crack . What I can I use to control this new growth. I've heard that many laides use s-curl and SSF, but how exactly do you use it? Do you mix it? When I part my hair to appy my Surge during the day and at night, I hear the snap, crackle and pop that I hate to hear. Please help!

Try braids or cornrows. You can keep your new growth moisturized that way and keep from combing and risking breakage that way.

I would recommend Wild Growth oil and Giovanni Direct Leave-in. These two have been the best tools in combating frazzled new growth for me.You may also try Sylver2's scarf method.
