Ladies, what does this mean??? I'm shedding (about five hairs) every time I wash now. This has never happened before. I don't usually shed anything. I'm SO confused. Help.
Although you normally don't shed any hairs, five hairs is definitely nothing to worry about. It could mean that the growth cycle for those five hairs was over and ready to be shed.
*laughing* Sorry. I didn't know. I just know that I am not used to losing anything. I just see myself not being able to get below collar bone/approaching shoulder length because they'll ALL start shedding! I'm panicking--sorry.
Leshia baby...it's okay...you can't keep all of them...you have to let them go sometime...
Seriously, you have nothing to worry about. That is normal shedding.
5 is nothing. Recently I completely stopped drinking milk and I noticed that my hair has been shedding like crazy. I stopped drinking milk b/c I was trying to find out whether or not it has an impact on my skin condition. Needless to say, after I started to notice the shedding I quickly factored milk back into my diet. The sheddin was excessive. I would run my fingers through my hair and soooo many hairs would come out.
