I haven't checked the link above but neem oil smells HORRIBLE. Wouldn't put it on my face if you paid me but the powder isn't bad smelling at all.

I'm using the powder mixed into my shampoo for my scalp. Works great and no smell. I think I got from From Nature with Love

Sent from my HTC Evo

I used the powder on my face. It burned my skin and scarred. I have extremely sensitive skin but I have adult acne too so I'm always looking for something. I used tea tree oil and that burned too...I had scabs for days. :ohwell:

Do a test patch first.

manter26 I have super sensitive skin and I've been wanting to try bentonite clay for my skin, have you tried it and how did your skin react?

It was okay, a little irritating and strange. It didn't cause chemical burns like almost everything else. I mixed with vinegar and some water. The sensation is just too weird for me. It pulses while it's on your face. You also can't use too much because it hardens to the point where you are completely immobile. I felt like one of those clay warriors in China.

I got some on my lips and that was bothersome and very irritating...so avoid that. The pulsing is just so weird. You have to try it just for that. But I'm one of those strange people who has to try new sensations just to know what it's like. My friend and I tried to get another friend to chew on foil bc it's something you just have to find out for yourself, even though we'd already told her it's awful. :look:

My skin felt super soft but that was about all it did. I don't think it made much difference as far as acne is concerned, but I only used it twice.

Right now I use Aveeno daily cleansing pads and I absolutely love those. People have told me my skin looks better. Granted my acne is not really noticeable, but I made it to about 24 years old before I got a single breakout. Having constant spots here and there and the left over scars really drives me nuts.

Loooove Neem oil! I use it in my weekly DC, and have some in my ACV rinse. It's what healed my scalp, and keeps it healthy. No more sborric dermatitis!

I use neem powder mixed with shikakai and brahmi powder to do a scalp cleanse once a week. I haven't tried it on my face yet but I have heard good things for clearing up acne. I have read to mix some with milk and turmeric powder to make a paste for a facial mask. I might actually try that this coming weekend since I have all products on hand. I purchase neem powder from amazon.com
