I was thinking the same thing. I need something to get my hair really shiny. I'm currently using an oil blend, but it's not getting it. Is there something out there that's not icky AND produces mega shine?
Hmm, I too only use serums now, but I use to love Mizani Shyne because it gives high gloss, smells really good, and wasn't too heavy. It's in an areosol can like typical oil sheen, but it's silicon based like most glossifiers, not oil based.
Thanks for the suggestions, ladies. I'd like to try the Mizani Shyne - where can I find it? I went to Sallybeauty.com, and it wasn't listed, so I'm assuming Sally's don't carry it...
You won't find it at sally's. You can look at some local beauty supply shops, ones that carry products like KeraCare and Design Essentials, you can try some salons that use the line, some Trade Secrets chains may have it depending on the area. If you just don't feel like looking, you can be like me and just purchase it on line! (I know, isn't that just lazy of me!)
You are my new best friend girl!!!!!!! I love the Sensitive By Nature Spray. It is very comparable to the Elucence in quality and performance. The same softness and silkiness that I get from Elucence, I was also able to get from the SBN without greasiness. And, to boot--you get 4X as much product for 1/2 the price
My stylist uses this product as well as the Keracare liquid sheen. However, she has a 50% markup on the Sensitive by Nature Spray. When I found it in the beauty supply store, I decided to give it a try. And I really like it a lot. I'm glad it is working for you.
