Hey Carrie,

It's good to 'see' you. Of course, both styles look good, but I would go with the second style. Please let us know which style you decide to go with. Best of luck girly.

I'm with Allandra on this one. I think the style in the first one takes the focus away from all your hard work(body wise...which is stunning...you go girl!). The 2nd style is absolutely beautiful on you and fits the entire package. Keep us updated. /images/graemlins/grin.gif

you and your hair are no joke!!!!! wow, you are very pretty and so is your mane.... they both look great. style #2 is very sleek looking( which matches the form of your body).. personally I tend to lean towards a wild look in #1 (that's how i like my hair!!) .. but for comp #2 is a slighty better choice

Hi Carrie,

Both styles are beautiful to me! /images/graemlins/grin.gif I think the second picture though, it makes everything look more balanced to where you focus more on the tone of your body and not your hair.

Number 2

Wish I had a body like that.

/images/graemlins/shocked.gif Girl!!!!, That's what I'm saying!!!!! You do your thang Number 2!!!! Good luck!!

Have a blessed day!! /images/graemlins/smile.gif

Need I say #2? It's unanimous. You must provide your pictures for the board after you "win" the competition

Carrie you are too beautiful for words girl.

I love both styles but I'd say go with number 2.

How did you achieve the look in picture 1?

Wow, Carrie!!! Your body is amazing! It doesn't even look real!!!! Wow, again!!! You go! Oh, your question, I'm gonna be the odd ball here and say I'm feeling the hair on #1, not that the hair on #2 didn't look good, but hair#1 is da bomb! /images/graemlins/grin.gif

I like both styles but I think # 1 b/c it's a competition and that hair says Diva and will make you stand out from your competitors. Just my opinion.

Although they both are nice, I prefer hair style # 2.

Good luck at your next competition!!! /images/graemlins/laugh.gif

oh my your body is the BOMB i love both styles on you but #2 looks formal #1 is really wild and hot exactly what will really turn the judges "heads" /images/graemlins/wink.gif

good luck girl /images/graemlins/smile.gif /images/graemlins/smile.gif

Carrie...I think I'm going to have to pin your picture on my fridge for inspiration! /images/graemlins/grin.gif Dang! You look great.

I looove the hair in number one. And I think the hair in #2 is nice, too--just more conservative. Are you competing in Ms. Fitness or something? I'm not sure what the standard is, but if the look is conservative, I say go with #2. However, if you want to GRAB attention and anything goes--go for #1! You'll look stunning. /images/graemlins/wink.gif

Gurl, you make a sista feel bad for wanting some junk food! You look fab! You must have to beat the men off with a stick! I like pic #2 and good luck!

Carrie you are a very beautiful woman and you are really an inspiration for me to take better care of my body. Your body is just fabulous. I choose Photo 2 because it makes you look smoothe 'n' sleek just like the rest of you. Photo 1 distracts from your body and puts the focus more on your hair, which you donot want. I wish you all the best.

hth,
Iris

p.s. I've seen women body building-competitions on ESPN and was so thoroughly turned off by them /images/graemlins/frown.gif. The "women" looked like a bunch of men! Somehow, you mesh that delicate balance of femininity and muscle together well, making the duo blend together beautifully, which is IMHO very rare in your profession. Thanks for representing so nicely /images/graemlins/grin.gif

Girl u got it going on. What a body! when i have this baby in jan. i wanna be just like you /images/graemlins/grin.gif

#2#2#2#2. Carrie please go with #2 you look great. Happy Hair Growing! /images/graemlins/cool.gif

Well, I think I'll be going with #2. Thanks for the opinions. I'll let you know how it turns out.

After the comp, I'll be revamping the hair regimine. Still sticking with the nexxus, but I'll be adding in biotin and silica.

Carrie, good luck with your competition! You look great, and so does your hair!! I would also go with style #2. /images/graemlins/grin.gif

WOW! WOW! WOW! You look amazing. You've put a lot of long hard work into getting your body to look that great. Wish I looked like. I think both styles look really nice on you. My preference for your competition would be #2. I'll be among the many here cheering for you. GO CARRIE! GO CARRIE! WOO HOO! Let us know how the competition goes.

Hi Carrie,

Ok..ok.. I am late on this but I really dig both styles. But for competition purposes I like #2. I love the big hair of #1, I used to wear big hair alot. Once I grow it back out again, I'll wear it again.

On Body:
You look Maaaarvelous darling! You are such an inspiration. I am catching up with you. /images/graemlins/laugh.gif My legs aren't as big as yours but very close, they have some size and definition. And I need to get rid of small saddle bags, which have shrunken considerably, other than that, I am well on my way. (I wish I had more boobs, they are disappearing /images/graemlins/crazy.gif) I should meet my weight goal around Dec./Jan.

Hada, what are you doing to get fit? Just exercising like crazy with weights and stuff? What your routine? I would like to get some sort of definition going on.

Hi Tea,

Basically for me, I workout about 6 sometimes 7 days a week. What I do is this: M W F weight training, alternating between upper body workouts and lower body. I do cardio on the other days. T R S and Sunday. I do approximately 25 to 1/2 of cardio whether it's stair stepping, brisk walk on the treadmill at 4.0-4.2 or an elliptical machine. I do my cardio in the AM when I awake while the kids wash them selves up for school.
Sometimes after my resistance workout I will do only 20 min. of a moderate walk , for me that is 3.5 speed on a treadmill, I have long legs.
You burn soooo much more fat when you work out in the AM because the metabolism is much faster then. I eat a good diet, not the traditional 3 square meals but more like 4-5 meals a day but smaller portions. This keeps the metabolism fed and going. BE SURE TO HAVE A BREAKFAST!!! This will keep your body burning fat during the day and keep you from PIGGING out later around 10 am or noonish. I don't eat after 5:30 pm or 6 pm or sometimes 7 pm. Depends on my schedule. If you snack between meals, then have a protein bar or shake, or an apple, some other fruits , salads, a baked sweet potato or white one (w/o the gunk).

A key here: Winter time is a good time to burn fat, because your body uses more calories to stay warm, so take advantage of it.
Maybe a take a walk in the cold once a week for 25 min. Making it moderate to brisk.
Hada

I know I'm late, but I like the second one best. The first one is nice, but it draws attention away from your FABULOUS physique! Dang, girl! That scrawny little Kelly Ryan ain't got nothin' on you! /images/graemlins/grin.gif
