ok....so i trimmed my ends today and attempted to do the Traycee from KISS search and destroy method as well.

i twisted sections of hair to "trim" away the split ends that stick out from the section.

omg! i had so many of those little hairs sticking out it scared me. i trimmed some, but not all.

please tell me if this is normal to see so many of them? should i have so many of them sticking out? is it because i have never done this before?

i was afraid to cut all of them off.......

should i have just cut them all or what?:look:

anyone else do this method?

any input is appreciated.

I would just cut off the actual split hairs vs the strands sticking out. IMO, no need to remove healthy hair.

yeah, i agree. just cut the split ends not all the hairs that stick out when you twist. I just start at the back of my hair and part small diagonal sections and look at them using my wall mirror-find the splits and snip.
