Can somone please recommend a good one. My hair is cut real short in the front with a mini mohawk going down the back. I am looking for something to make my hair "spikey" or go in different directions without having to use a flat iron.

Any suggestions? I don't want anything that will make my hair "hard" like gel. Just so I can bend this way and that.

P.S. My hair texture is 4B.

TIA.

I like ecostyler gel. Lots of ladies here use it. It doesn't make your hair hard but more of a flexible hold... Hth!!!

I think you should try a molding wax or pomade instead of a gel. Gel will make your hair wet and shrink. If you want spikes a wax, putty or pomade is the way to go.
