I am such a terrible hair wrapper. When I wrap my hair my self it always falls straight no bump in the ends. Or one side comes out fly and the other side jacked up. Any pointers?
Wrapping really isn't as easy as it seems in my opinion. Even after all these months I still have to fiddle to get it to work.
A tip which I only JUST learnt this week is to wrap hair with a paddle brush. I find the brush makes a much smoother tighter wrap which results in straighter longer hair the next morning. I usually start at the crown, combing slightly forward and brushing the hair around the crown, moving the brush around so your spiralling out toward the hairline, wrapping as you go using the free hand to secure the flattened hair. Hope this makes some sense.
I used to use a wide tooth comb which is good but the paddle brush catches the hair better. If you have very slippery hair, use hair grips to hold sections from falling.
The key is to make sure the hair ends are lying flat so they unwrap flat the next day.
Good luck. ps. call me soon if you still want the clear cellophanes /images/graemlins/wink.gif or I'll bring it to my store for an exchange...
