I have to leave home in less than 2 hours and I am sitting here with a wet head of rollers. As many women that use the Pibbs on this board, I figure I must not be doing something right. Why can't I fit. I have the purple rollers and a few red. This doesn't make sense. Help please!

By the way, is there something I should be doing with the visor part? I don't know how to move it. Do I need to unscrew something?

The front visor does open, you just have to pull it hard. The first time I tried to open it, I thought it would break but it did not.

To fit my head in with the grey rollers, I had to open the visor.

HTH.

I got my pibbs not long ago and I can't get the visor thing up. I'm scared to pull it too hard. Is there a trick or do I just need to give it some force. If I break my pibbs imma die!

Did you get under yours supergirl? I haven't used mine yet.

Wait, you have the purple rollers in......aren't those the big soda can size ones? My purples are huge...I can fit them around my arm.

Okay, I got it up. Like Ta says, it feels like you're going to break it and you do have to be a little forceful. Whew, feeling better--about to have a fit over here about this $300 appliance not doing what I need it to do!

I was just coming to say pull it hard. I had to call the company before I used mine. I felt like I was going to break it too. Glad you got it.

So I found that even though it was hard to get in, once I was in it was fine and it wasn't a tight fit. Letting the visor up helped me with getting in too. :) Thanks for helping a sista out!

When I got my dryer I had to phone the company also, as I couldn't get the visor up. That thing is as stiff as anything.
