Need help: Finding hairdresser in London

My cousin is in London (Westminster) and ask if there is a good place where someone could apply her relaxer.
I'm not familiar at all with London, and she just moved there recently and is not familiar either.
I told her I would consult my hair care specialists at LHCF!
She says she mostly sees braided hairstyles around her.

Please help -- and let me know if you need more location info.
