I wore a weave (my first, as a matter of fact) with similar texture to that last year.
Check into:

It's a very pretty and natural textured looking hair.... and since it's human, it manages well when washing, conditioning, and combing! (It doesn't have to look frizzy if you use some moisturizer on it too!)
Glamazini on YouTube has a tutorial on how she blended the hair with her own. (I tried that, but it didn't work so well)
