Need heat protectant recs for fine air?

I figure I need to put something in my roller set and when I use hit rollers.

Any recs?

I find that serums work best for me than a spray heat protectant. Spray heat protectant are just too heavy no matter how I try to apply them.

I have had good results with One N Only Argan Oil treatment, Silk Elements Olive Glossing Polish and Proclaim Serum (the red one which has a heat protectant).

For a rollerset, I make sure the hair is wet, apply a small amount leave in and serum to the ends for each section.

Here are some of my favorites:

- Paul Mitchell Heat Seal
- Got2B Heat Protectant (gives a really good shine too)
- Kenra thermal styling spray (has a little hold so curls won't fall)

I have very fine hair and this is true for me as well....

Recently though, I have come to like argan oil on my hair if I use small amounts.

It is so interesting to hear from other fine haired members, cause the exact opposite happens to me. The sprays make my hair stringy and weighed down, no matter how I try to apply it.
