Need Advice: Bad Color Job....

I got highlights 2 nights ago. I don't like it. It's too golden and the difference w/ my black hair makes it look like gray hair.

I want to put a brown color over it to dark it. Can anyone recommend a gentle brand of color that I can use from the store.

I figure if I put in a dark brown it'll darken the gold streaks and make it look less brassy.

That could be damaging: I suggest using I suggest you buy a sample of Henna and Indigo and apply it to the highlighted areas: this is much more safe and healthier for your hair to do. ~HTH~
