Need a dermitologist in D.C. area for scalp biopsy

Does anyone know of a dermitologist in the D.C./VA/MD area that does a scalp biopsy. After taking this medication for 5 years my hair thinned out majorly. Now that I've stopped taking this medication, I want to know if my hair is going to grow back...thanks.
