Neckline

I have a short cut and must have my neck lined constantly. My problem is it always looks like I have a 5 o'clock shadow, even after it has been shaved. Any suggestions on how to remedy this? HELP!!!!!

sounds like your neck is hyperpigmenting (adding more color) this usually happens to places that are irritated all of the time or wounds ( rashes, burns, cuts)

try using some shea butter to even out the complextion ,
