Nature's Bounty Liquid B-complex

I bought this at Walgreens a couple days ago. Does anyone else use this? Has it done anything significant for you or is it just like a regular supplement? I'm not looking for anything spectacular effects for me. I'm just using it as a regular supplement.

ETA: It is sooooo not great tasting. That stuff tastes bitter but I just take it in juice.

It makes me feel really energized. When I first started taking it I noticed a boost in my metabolism, but I think my body has since adjusted -- I didn't notice anything significant as far as hair is concerned though..

hi interesting thread i just purchased from walgreens myself yesterday. it was buy one get one free. I think it's better absorbed than the hard kind. but i do notice that it doesn't have a lotta b. i hope it helps. i'm going to use 2 servings to get a little more.
