Hi ladies,

I know that Allandra and Poohbear are fans of this vitamin. I just purchased some today from CVS, I was wondering how much everyone is taking. It recommends 1 pill per day, but I was wondering if anyone was taking more than that??

I take exactly what is recommended --> one pill a day.

Is there a difference with the cvs brand, gnc, or naturemade?

Thanks

I'm not sure because I'm not the expert here, but I read on another thread somewhere that someone tried a different brand (not sure what) and the results weren't as good as Naturemade.

I think the CVS brand has less biotin in it than Naturemade.

Thanks for the replies ladies. I'll take only one then. Anyway I'm already popping a lot of pills because I'm on HF 37.

I don't take Nature Made Super B-Complex, but I take one by another company. I only take 1 a day...on the label, it has like nearly 1100-1200% of the daily value of some of the B vitamins. I think 1 is enough for me, anyway.

I saw those in costco last weekend....do you ladies just take this supplement, or do you take a multivitamin also? I was reading the label and it seems like it only has the B vitamins in it, but I wasn't sure.

It is just B-vitamins. I take other vitamins in addition such as HF 37, MSM, biotin, multi vitamin, and Pantothenic acid (which is also B-5).

HTH :)

B vitamins leave your system when you pee. So taking it 2 or 3 times daily will get better results.

co enzyme vitamins are much easier for your body to absorb.

Cutting the pill in halves or thirds and taking them and different times (morning and night) will yield better results. Taking 2-3 pills is a waste of money. B vitamins in EXCESS are excreted through urine and not absorbed so the entire pill is not necessary in the first place.
