I go almost every 2 weeks. I am going to cut it back to once a month to limit the damage though! hth

I've never had my natural hair blown out. If I did, I would prolly only have it done once ever 3 or 4 mths (just for trims).

I have done it three times, twice for twists and once to flat iron. I usually let my hair air dry for a couple hours so then I only use the dryer on cool for a few minutes.

I get it done about every 3 mos by the dominicans. Use as few hot tools as possible i.e. just the blower and not the flat iron, curling iron, etc. Also, only use medium heat.

I don't do this often. Mabye once a year or once every year in a half. I just don't know what to do w/ my hair when it's straight except let it hang. That's just not enough "pizzaz" for me. If you do blow out, I would suggest to use a thermal heat protectant when done, and not to do it very often. Dmg can creep up on ya like a mug
