I tried to condition/detangle with this yesterday and it sucked so bad! How are you guys using it? I hate to waste product but my bottles are close to going in the trash. Has anyone used it as a leave in?

I usually use it as a co-wash or detangler and it works great for me. I've never tried it as a leave-in, but I would try that out before I threw it away.

Hairveda products are my staple products. I love them.

Fyi-I'm texlaxed....but I find moisture 24/7 is best for deep conditioning and co washing. When i am 6-10 months post (I do long stretches and texlax once a year) I find my new growth responds best to a heavier conditioner like hairveda sitrinillah deep con.

The hairveda 24/7 and the moisturePro are light weight, but pack a good deep conditoning punch. I find them too light "weight" for anything else. (does that make sense?)

I have a gallon. I slather it in my hair and use a modified denman to detangle in the shower. I use handfuls at a time and detangle in sections. It's an excellent detangler and very cheap.

I was gonna call Charz in here but I see she already posted. I only use it as a cowash conditioner and I love it. My hair doesn't like any old conditioner for detangling. I need a product that is sold as a detangler and that it's primary purpose. Never used it as a leave in. I prefer to use a spray leave in bc my hair can easily look and feel like it has too much product in it.

The Moist 24/7 is only okay for me...but it definitely works better if you let it sit for a minute or too - it's high in glycerin so the steam in the shower + humectant softens it up after a minute. At first it doeesn't have a lot of slip at all for me, then it starts to be nicer.

I don't use it for detangling but it is a great moisturizing conditioner for my hair. I leave it on for a while w/a plastic cap or use w/heat and it soaks into my hair and leaves it super soft. I detangle before shampooing so that is a non issue for me.

Too light and watered down for me. Like 98% water, 1% emulsifier and 1% of the other stuff listed...

I didn't find it to be as awesome as stated in reviews either... I have used it as a leave in, in an effort not to waste it... but I am not likely to reorder.

I wouldn't repurchase. It didn't do anything for me. I wanted a detangler but for it to work I had to let it seat with heat for at least 10 mins. Not worth it IMO-for my hair. ETA- Not worth it as a detangler

Very interesting. I haven't used since being natural. The acai berry sucked for me & strinillah did nothing relaxed, texlaxed, natural.
Need to bust it out & see what's good.
