Naturals that have 4 a/b and own Solia Ceramic Flatiron...

What setting do you use? I don't want to damage my hair with way too high heat. I love my Solia... Isn't it the best?

Yes it is the greatest!! I used it on 420.

I rarely use it but when I do I use it on 370.

I have one and I definitely like it. Between 370 and 420 is a good heat setting, particularly on air dried hair. At this setting, you only have to pass over the hair once. If you've done a roller set or wrap, then you can probably get away with using somewhere between 300 and 350 depending upon you hair's smoothness prior to flat ironing.

Thanks for this thread. I just asked a similar question. I think I will start at 300 and if that's not hot enough..work my way up to be safe! I'm not natural but this gives me an idea at least....
