Please post step by step directions and products used to do palm rolls. I am really feeling this style for when I go completely natural.

those just look like synthetic dreads. is that what you are asking? how to do them?

i dont know what palm rolls are but i can help you if you wanna know how to do dreads:

You start by adding hais just like you would with a individual braid. Once you have secured the the braid in place, Take half of the weave hair and leave it out(dont braid it, you can clip it up or something). You braid the rest of hair that you didnt leav out as you would do normally. Then take the hair that was left out and wrap it around the braid securely. You can use any kind of hair you want but to get the silky look u probably want to use a really shiny synthetic type of hair like toyakolon.

thanks, i was thinking of how this style can be done with natural hair.I have seen in a magazine , natural hair done in this particular style that looks like silky dreads. It says hair has been "palm rolled"

yep- those look like silky dreads, palm rolls seem to be a way of locking, just not with the back combed look, and not as silky as in that pic.
This is a how-to for palm rolls

Have you ever visited SweetAfrica's hair album? She gives a great illustration on palm rolls (if the folder and pics are still there).
