I want to recommend one to my friend who is a natural and wears her hair pressed.

If so, which ones are the best?

Do they keep your frizz at bay?

Hold the straight style the best?

TIA

Anti-Frizz serums generally do not work for me.
Especially that john frieda crap.

The only one that can pass in my eyes is Garnier Fructis sleeknshine anti frizz serum. It smells good and gives great shine, but you gotta reapply every night before you wrap your hair.
Hope i could help!

75% of the black targeted frizz one are shyt.
A lot of the general market ones don't help either because they are made to fix knapps and such.
There are a FEW out there that work. I just haven't found one yet.

:ohwell: Oh dang...I was wondering about the Maxius stuff Beyond Straight and The End...Has anyone tried that?

I use Aveda anti-humectant every night after I flat iron....it keeps my hair looking pretty good till I wash it out. My hair still reverts a little at the roots but overall it still will look good.

NTM serum works WONDERFULLY on my hair! I use it for a braidout - right after conditioning and before applying moisturizer, while my hair is soaking wet. It adds shine and smoothness, and I'm a natural.

I have used them, they worked well for me. I applied them to wet hair before straightening with the maxiglide. That was two weeks ago and my hair is still straight with ver minimal frizz. I wrap my hair at night and apply a dab of The End and i'm good to go and we've had some humid days here. My cousin whose also natural also uses both products and lives in ATL.
