Well, I'm transitioning and I chose Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Deeep. It says it's a reconstructor but it is so mild that it can be used everday. I feel safe using this product. Also, I don't need to follow it up with a moisturizing conditioner b/c it leaves my hair so moisturized. I just use it every Wednesday morning in the same manner that I use my regular CO wash conditioners.
today i used Ion Effective Care. It's not really strong. I like it. My hair felt stronger. Didn't dry my hair out or make it hard. It made my hair feel the same as the Aussie 3 Minute Miracle. I would mix it with olive oil though because it helps to detangle.

i use this too for a mild reconstructor....plus i use my generic k-pak every 2 months or so
Hmmm....I haven't really used one in a while. I think I'm going to start using my UBH conditioner since I have it on hand and I didn't have any problems with it.
