Natural/Non-toxic hair dyes...any reviews?

I'm really interested in these natural/non-toxic hair dyes that have been poppin up. Has anyone tried them and if so, do they work as good as regular dyes? I first heard of the concept when I was watching that show on the Style Network which requires hairstylists to swap salons...I can't think of the name right now. But anyway, they featured a Baltimore salon which specialized in organic hair products, including hair dyes. Here's a website I found that sells natural hair dye....
