I love it! but only in intimate situations. Just playing with my hair for no good reason really makes no sense, but definitely yes as a sign of affection or while "coloring" (as you ladies like to put it). 
I would just find it so much less intimate if my man was forbidden from touching my hair... isn't that what coloring is about anyway, aren't you sharing yourself with someone or am i looking to deep into this? I mean, I'm gonna let you put your you know what in my you know where all without letting you get close to my hair? I know it works for some people but it doesn't make a lick of sense to me.
