Sorry for taking so long to respond.
I've been using GPB since this time last year and have no complaints. I consider it a light protein conditioner in comparison to the stronger Aphogee Treatment which I also like. The severity of damage decides which protein conditioner (if any at all) I use. I always follow up with a moisturizing conditioner after using any protein conditioner.
