I am getting my hair straighted tomorrow and I am not sure what to do about my ends. I normally moisturize with with ORS carrot or olive oil but I know they will make me re-poof. So how do I seal/protect my ends for this week?

I usually put a DIME sized amount of Elasta QP Mango Butter on ONLY the lower portion of my hair, focusing on my ends, then I put an even smaller amount of Castor oil ONLY on my ends...but I don't do this everyday when I get my hair flat-ironed. Maybe once a week...:yep:

Oh! I forgot to add that once you put a small amount of product in your hair, you should wrap it...to lay the hair flat again. This is why I put product on only at night...if your hair is exposed, it's more likely to curl/frizz up.

With my hair I don't have time to even put it up after I apply the moisture. I am a 4b that rarely uses heat so it shrinks at the thought of water. Can i just put oil on the ends or do I have to put a moisturizer?

Id say if it was deep conditioned and moisturized already, u can keep the moisture sealed in my adding a little oil or serum every so often. Im texlaxed and I know that when I used to get my hair flat ironed, it wouldnt even get dry or anything and all I had to do was add serum or oil sheen and wrap at night and it would last until I washed it again.

Are you sure your not putting too much product??? My hair too frizzes over any lil thing....but I control it with a teeny amount of product. Also, if you make sure to put proper moisture products in your hair before you flatiron, you should be able to just put castor oil on your ends to SEAL that moisture in! :yep:
