I couldn't quite tell what it was about either. Are they promoting a product or just the styling method.
It didn't look too bad though - a dollop of some cream and a dollop of some oil and then twist. I use a lot more product than that to get my hair ready to twists and my twists never hang like that. If my twists just looked like hers I would bother twisting them out.
