Natural buners...how long did it take from BC

I am loving the look of natural buns. I wonder, though, how long it took to get from BC level to bun level. I am trying like heck to make a natural bun my signature style once I have hair long enough to do it. This is my natural goal I'm shooting for. Today is my 5 month post BC and my hair is growing nicely. I can't wait to have my natural bun!

I can't wait for my bun either.. Im almost 10 months post BC and I can't get a ponytail yet without it being straight.. dang shrinkage!! lol

maybe i'm weird, but i still don't feel like my hair is at bun level. my buns look anorexic, so i refuse to wear them
