Natural 4B- How long until you saw new growth?

Well, I am a natural 4b, and I don't measure my hair. But today when I washed, and massaged, I noticed, my hands went deeper in to my hair if that makes any sense. It is like it has grown out more, and thickened up. It is still short because I chopped it all off in Jan 2003. But I can say that I feel the growth coming in softer thanks to MSM, and shinier. I am confident my hair is at least growing 1/2 inch to 1 inch per month, because my hair is like 4-5 inches in most places. I think what I am seeing is the new growth coming in like I want it to, and the ends I will trim when it gets longer. Nevertheless, i know my pills took effect after about three weeks, because my nails changed drastically. It took longer for me to notice a change in my hair maybe 1-2 months, but that is because I guess it seems to grown slower than my nails.
