Okay guys I need maximum growth for the remainder of 2005. I am currently about 3 maybe 4 inches away from bra strap, well at least the back of my hair is anyway. My crown has a little bit more cartching up to do. My hair has never grown passed nape length for as long as I can remember. I am so excited beacause I get tired of popping my bf's hand every time he wants to run his fingers through my sew in. I think we both forget sometimes it's not mine. Anyway, what can I do to get optimal growth these next 6 or so months?

Hey you and I are in the same position. I also want to get some that much length by the end of the year and since that's more than 6 months, I don't think it's totally unreasonable. I'm still working on a strategy by at the moment I plan to wear box braids (no fake hair) on and off for 6 months, deep condition regularly, and refrain from trimming. That's really just for retaining. For growth, I'm going to get back to surging 2x a day, drinking water, eating protein, and taking a hair vitamin (GNC ultranourish). Hopefully, with this effort I'll be brastrap or more by end of December. Best of luck to you.
