nape issues

I am having a serious issue it seems like the nape of my hair is not growing. It has been short since 06 from me wearing a lot of tracks and zillions I believe. I'm beginning to think something may be wrong, has anyone else had this issue is so what advice can you give. Thanks

I've not had the same problem, but maybe you could use a sulfur based product to stimulate growth. A little tea tree oil on the scalp might help also. And be sure your nape is getting properly moisturized when you put your hair products on. I have to make an effort to make sure I don't neglect that part of my hair on accident.

And be sure the scarf you wear at night (either silk or satin--cotton based scarves dry the hair out) isn't tied in such a way to create friction that could cause breakage. I hope this advice helps some. Sorry I couldn't give you anything else.

Try and

Make sure you Nape gets Extra, TLC, Conditioner, Moisture, etc,etc
Maybe only Relax it evry other cycle
Apply Deep Conditioner to this area heavily
If you can cornrow try to braid that area.
