When I have thoughts about BCing, I always think of this accessory. Unfortunately, I don't know what it's called nor can I find a pic of it. From what I remember (it was popular when I was a child), it's a circular, plastic, flexible/adjustable thingy with teeth. Sort of like this wheel, except with a larger, hollow center:

It could probably be worn as a headband too bc it's adjustable. It seems like it would be the perfect way to create a neat puff on short hair because it has a wide opening and can be "anchored" in the hair. Anyone know what I'm talking about? :drunk:

eta: Question answered :yay: It's a "stretch comb". Feel free to still chime in if you've used this accessory. Do you like it? How do you use it?

Ohhh I know what your talking about!!! I can't remember the name of it either. I used to always wear mine back in high school! At first I had no clue and that pic looks like some torture device LOL!!!! It basically latches in the back and you wear it almost like a hair band....but it has teeth. And it pulls your hair back away from your face. This is going to kill me becuase I cannot remember the name. Let me try to google it ;) brb.

Found it!! YAY!!!!!!:grin: It's on thehairstyler.com website. I think it's called the stretch comb..

:notworthy: Thanks so much, aquajoyce! :yay: I looked on several popular accessories websites, even under "combs", but could not find it.

Off to order!

I get these by the 3 pack at the BSS for a dollar. I use them to keep my hair out of my face. works like a charm. Kinda hard to remove sometimes though.
