I am new to this board. The info is great, but overwhelming. I have spent a lot of time viewing threads and pics. but really don't have a good grasp of what to do for sure. I realize everyone is different. It would be great if there was a quick cheat sheet of a short list of products/regimes to do in one thread. Thanks, I am just frustrated not knowing where to start ...

Using Surge as much as possible

1) Try to wash hair twice a week

2) Moisturize Daily - Every chance you get!

3) Deep Condition w/heat weekly at least 20 min (Alternating with moisture & light protien treatments)

4) Stay away from heat

5) Stimulate scalp to promote growth (massage, surge, sulfer)

6) Never Ever Rest your tresses on Cotton. :nono: Always sleep on silk pillow case OR wrap hair in silk scarf. Cotton will dry your hair right out and breakage will occur!!
