Namaste relaxer system -- Anyone heard of this?

I am looking for a relaxer called Namaste....Does anyone have any info on it or know where I might be able to purchase it? Any reviews on it? I have been relaxed with it before, but was interested in using it to texlax now but I cannot find any information on it myself. Any help is appreciated!

That is the manufactures name. The product name is Organic Root Stimulator Professional Olive Oil Relaxer. Most BSS now carry this. It's in a green tub! NOT BOX! (Unless you want no-lye)!

My friend had that used on her hair once. She really liked it. Namaste is the salon version of Organic Root Stimulator. Yes I heard it was a version of ORS as well but of course I have been loking for the actual salon version to get the same effects I had at the salon..LOL. Myco do you have any info on the distributor in LA? I am definitely not above calling them directly to get it.

Namaste or Namaskar means I bow to you. There are different forms of yoga but namaste is a greeting.

This is a hard relaxer to get anywhere unless you are licensed.

Namaste is treating this relaxer like it is top secret.

I go to testing salon only way my hair will see the "precious"

The Namaste line is the bomb! I guess this is suppose to be Affirm's competition. The relaxer itself smells fruity very nice. You know we are going to figure out how to get the "precious" soon.

Yes it does seem to be a secret! I love the smell of it -- does kind of have a fruity scent and it really left my hair very soft and silky, but not too "freshly relaxed". Anyone that can figure out how to get this please holla at me because I would love to add this line to my pj counter! Very good stuff!

There are many many ladies here who use many of the products in this line, including myself. I love the Replenishing Conditioner and the Hair Mayo. Occassionally I use the Olive Oil or Carrot Oil moisturizers.

Yes, Namaste Relaxer is a professional relaxer sold by Namaste Labs, makers of the ORS System. It is a totally different relaxer according to Marketing VP Angela Ferguson. You can only get it from their salespersons who are paid commission only. To my knowledge they only sell to licensed cosmetologists.

I have talked with a few people in their company and they are very knowledgable about hair care... even the admin professionals. VP Marketing said that she always hears about this forum but has not come to our site yet.
