Has anyone ever used this as a hair moisturizer? I've heard about it as a skin moisturizer...I bought a bottle of it from the health food store because it was on sale, Na-PCA by Twinlab, but I haven't tried it yet...just wondering if anyone else has, or heard of it before I go for the plunge here...

I think it is a hair moisturiser, Dudleys has a moisture retainer that contains sodium pca as the main ingredient.

I actually thought about doing this but I decided against it because Twinlab uses alcohol as a carrier for the NA PCA (if I am remembering correctly).

Thank you for letting me know about alcohol as a carrier...
Now I have to figure out what to do with this stuff

my na-pca does not have alcohol. I have the Twinlab non oily na-pca with aloe vera. I'm looking forward to trying this on my hair.

The other na-pca (doesn't have aloe vera) has SD alcohol 40 in it. HTH
