Well my mom had the shampoo and reconstructing conditioner from Biosilk/Farouk. I decided to experiment with it today and here is my take:

Relaxed/Texturized: Good product! Hair was soft and manageable.

Natural/Transitioning: NE TOUCHEZ PAS! (dont touch it). My hair was hard and its a good thing I always add some sort of leave in. Ironically the Biosilk leave in did the trick on my ng.

Thats just my 2 cents:grin:
ETA: They come in a beige bottle and is shaped like the leave in.

I use to use the Silf theraphy line and the fuller thicker hair one. I like them both, but my cousin is natural and I love what the Silk Theraphy does for hair.

Biosilk is generally a line of products with a lot of protein in them. If your hair needs protein, it works great, otherwise it's not really a good idea to use it often. I used the FruitCocktail Reconstructor once a month and that worked well for me. I like the hydrating conditioner as well, but not needing loads of protein for hair maintenance, I didn't use any of their other products more often than that.
