Here it is. lol nothing spectacular but I do see a lil bit of progress yay! My hair still has curl from the flexi/roller set so it's not all laying down.... I'm loving the condition of muh hurr though. YAY! Now I'll begin BT and follow it closely.

I had my tonsils taken out and I think that me not eating for about 2 months (Jan-Feb) slowed my progress. I know that my nails didn't grow very well during that time.

My regime is pretty simple. I used s-curl, sealed by black castor oil on my ends and baggied. I washed with either sunsilk (pink), CON, and/or NTM. I deep conditioned with Lekair cholesterol mixed with coconut and olive oil. HTH
