I had no problems, the order came fast and all my items were in stock. However, on their website it says you can accrue "hairbucks" for all your purchases good towards the purchase of their merchandise. So I looked back at my homepage and saw that I didn't accrue one cent in hairbucks So I emailed them and they responded saying they don't offer it anymore... well why is it still showing on their website as something they offer. I'm a little irritated about this. Ok... vent over.

Yeah thats annoying because im sure that gave you extra assentive (sp) to buy your things there.
I wish they would have gave you like a 5% discount on your next purchase or something....like how much the hairbuck would have added up to.


There was a beautysupply store that gave me a card, they told me that for every time i brought something that money would be added to the card, and that once it got to $20...i could spend it. And on birthdays you could buy anthing for $10.

I came the day after my birthday, and they told me sorry its too late, you have to come on the exact day (i was like jeesh, mind you i was up in that store every other day---back in the pj days )

Then when it was time for me to cash in my $20....they upped the amount to $25, they said they did that a month ago or something ....meaning i would have to buy more things before they gave me my free money.

When i got to $25, they told me that i had to spend more than $25

After that, i dont even go their anymore.

I emailed them back and complained about it being misleading that their website says you'll get hairbucks but they don't even offer them anymore. And they gave me a $5 coupon towards my next order. Works for me! Thanks for the tip!
