Well I just realized that I'm looking particularly ugly in the face, but that's alright. It's about the hair. I have been struggling with rollersets so this is my solution. I put 4 blue flexis in the top and 4 pinks in the bottom layers of my hair as my roller set and this is how it came out. I'm loving it. I got a ton of compliments on it today. It looks so much better after the curls fell a little.

Can you show us a "how-to"? My rollerset SUCKED the other night. I stayed up til 3am doing it and woke up @ 5 just to be disappointed and my hair was bent instead of curled... UGH!!!!
 
Your hair looks great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did a rollerset last night and it did NOT look like this. Could be my crusty not-hot bonnet dryer, LOL!!!
 
This took 10 minutes and I didn't part anything but the 2 yellow magnetics. Next time I'll just do my whole head in the flexis. It does take a while to dry. I sat under the dryer for about 40 minutes to 1 hour and then I checked one and it was still damp a the ends.

I re rolled it and went to sleep. I woke up thinking I would have to co wash and bun because my sets usually look like hot mess. I only used Rusk smoother as my leave and since it was so quick I didn't have to rewet any hair.
 
Looks beautiful as well as your face:yep:! I gave up on rollersetting my own hair,it's a nightmare that I rather not have...

Me too this was my last try. I can't see spending 1+ hours trying to roll the rollers and then it still come out looking like crap on a stick. I was breaking my hair too because I wasn't doing it right. This was quick soooooo easy and no breakage.
 
10 minutes...that's great! I can't spend hours doing my hair. I should be able to do this...thanks :)

Beautiful!! We do need step-by-step instructions though (at least i do lol)...I do ok with my rollersets, but it's when i break out the flexirods that my style goes downhill lol..
 
I love it!!!!!!!!!!! and I love you!!!!!!!!!! I cant rollerset to save my life, but I can flexirod! Thanks for giving the "roller set challenged" amongst us an alternative!
BTW - your face is cute, so cut it out! lol
Oh - which are bigger the blue or the red? I had the blue years ago, but never the red!

That is some beautiful hair. The curls came out so nice. I'm going to have to steal my mom's flexirods and try this.
 
Yes, that's really pretty. It's almost like waves. I hope you definitely post a video or something with the directions and size rollers you used to achieve this look. I'd definitely try to imitate this look. :)
 
I gave up on my flexi-rod sets...maybe once i have as much hair as you, OP. Yours turned out really pretty!
 
Leona! Your hair is SOOOO pretty! You did a great job and it's gowing, too! :drunk: You got some '40s style curls and serious waves going! I love it!
