Yay! One year since I began my HHJ! I have retained approximately 6 inches of growth. Minus the 2 trims that totaled .75 inches, I have gained 5.25 inches of hair in 2010!

I didn't take a length shot last January but here are length shots from July 2010 and January 2011. (Six month comparison)

July 2010:

Nice! You look BSL in the back, grazing at least. What's your regimen?

Thanks! I cut and paste this from my (LHCF) blog:

"These past few months, as my hair has been banished to hatsville for work's sake, I've been Keeping It Product Simple. The other day I realized that I have widdled my regimen down to, amazingly enough, 2 products:

1. AO HSR conditioner
2. Pantene clarifying shampoo

My regimen is now the following:

1. Clarify once a month
2. Deep condition once a month
3. Braid hair in 30 braids
4. Moisturize daily with spritz (5:1 water & AO HSR)
5. Once a week co-wash

On a daily basis, I just braid the individuals into two braids and tuck, throw on my satin scarf and hat and go to work. At night I moisturize and tuck again. And that's it! Sooooo simple."

Very nice!!!! Great progress!!!
