My hair is shedding!!! How do I know? I saw the white bud!!!

I have learned so much from you ladies. There have been many questions about how do you know if your hair breaking or shedding. I didn't know anything about the white bud until LHCF! Today, as I was doing my hair, I picked up a piece of hair out of my sink. I looked at it and I noticed the white bud! I would like to take the time to say "Thank You to the ladies of LHCF for the Hair Education 101!"

Depending on how many white bulbs you find that could just be normal shedding..
Cinnamon Oil is supposed to be good for stregthening the roots to prevent hair from falling out.
Amla & Anmol Oils are also known for this...

Shoot, if I thanked the ladies on this board every time I found a white bud, I'd be thanking them all day long! Notice what my avatar line says and you'll understand what I mean.
