My hair has been in cornrow braids for two weeks....

and I already have 1/2" of newgrowth. I was thinking it was about 1/4" but when I measured, it was 1/2". I'm taking them down on March 24th and I'm hoping I will have at least 1.5-2". I'm also using the Boundless Tresses hair serum which is probably contributing to my growth. I really like cornrow braids because it helps me see clearly my new growth because the hair is braided so close to the scalp. Whereas with individual braids, I don't know if it's new growth or if the braid has slipped. I'm hoping to gain at least 4-5" by June and it looks like I'm on my way.

good for you i am cornrows too and use the same mtg and i can tell its growing

i twist my hair back in a cornrow style and i use boundless tresses. i definitely have new growth, but I haven't measured it yet.

Boundless Tresses is really working for me.
