Ok ladies I never did post pictures of my hair after my two inch trim, which I am still loving, but I for sure won't be cutting anymore until I reach WL. I had a lot of splits and heat damage and my hair wouldn't hold any curl. I'm glad to say most of the splits and heat damage are gone and my hair holds curl a lot better.
I am trying to master the braid-out now because I don't want to straighten or relax the whole summer because I sweat really bad in the head. I've been doing a lot of co-washes so far and I just air dry in a ponytail and bun. I haven't straighten my hair in two weeks which is a stretch for me because I wash and flat iron weekly.
This braid out wash just a trial run to see if I could actually like the style. I used Elasta QP Moisturizer, Nexxus Humectress, and a few drops of Olive Oil. This time I'm going to use the same leave ins, but I'm gonna do it on damp hair and I'm gonna do better braids. I want a little more texture. This on I did four braids in the front and three in the back. I would love any tips. Sorry about the one huge picture. I couldn't resize it.
