Sorry, I was late seeing this
I don't think I do. I rarely take hair pics anymore, these were the first ones I'd done in a while (where the focus is solely my hair/hair shots).

I will try to do better about documenting my hair 'doings' this year. Next time I do a curly fro (which should be pretty soon) I will definitely get some pics.

I honestly don't think so. I didn't use it "enough" or even consistently enough to give it that credit. Maybe once every other month? Since I rotate between that and the other products I listed.

I do use it as my main protein treatment. I also never use it the way I see people who use as a growth aid do (i.e using it frequently, getting it on the scalp deliberately, etc). I pretty much use it as a conditioner, or use the creme rinse as conditioner.

If I were to give credit to anything, it would be low manipulation hair-lifestyle.
