Can you please share what ayurvedic powders you are using? Are you using them as a rinse, adding them to conditioner- Please Share!

Hi SelfStyled!

I use the powders as a rinse (I add boiling water, leave mixture for around an hour, strain through stocking cap or similar material).
I pour the mixture over my hair and leave it on for half an hour with a shower cap on before rinsing out, conditioning and deep conditioning.

I mix and match Shikakai, Amla, Aritha, Maka, Brahmi and Neem (most commonly I mix Shikakai, Amla and Brahmi), but I mostly use Kalpi Tone which is a mixture of a whole load of powders and you don't have to worry about mixing or measuring.

I also always do a 10-15 minute head massage with Brahmi Amla Oil or Maka Oil the night before I wash with these.
