My first press after all the summer no heat challenges... Using motions

Ok my boo is gonna get me for postin these pics again but I just wanted to share because I was really happy with my results... Some of it. I used motions heat seeker...
I had to press b/c I have an interview tomorrow and class picture day is tomorrow

I wouldn't use motions heat seeker again because it has water... I used it prior to blow drying, but I just don't think it was enough moisture for my hair... next time I am going to use CHI... but anywho... here we go...

This is after I used the protective tension blow dry method... I didn't even have the comb attachment so it was time to try... anyways, u can see by my face that I was feeling erplexed

So then I put it in several buns

Then I hot combed, to no avail... this is why I don't like the motions, because with IC I was sleek shiny and beautiful after just the hot comb

Then I flat ironed using the comb chase method... just like u guys

Then finally... I was finished...

The End! Sent this to my boo, but I decided I would seduce you ladies too... don't tell him the pic wasn't just for him

Thanks guys for the challenges and the methods!!!! My hair was so light and airy and better than the last press! Now if only I had a more mosturizing heat protectant and a trim... but this will do for now... I won't be doing a length check til Dec. thats why I didn't take any pics from the back

Well before this I was doing no heat styles with shea butter and coconut oil whipped together...

for the press I washed with suave clarifying poo
DCed with elasta qp dpr-11/ and raw honey mixed
detangled with mane n tail detangler
before blowing out I used motions heat seeker... I HATED IT!!!!
then I hot combed and flat ironed... its wrapped now
