My hair is growing, it's great, I love it...but all my ends all of a sudden look and feel like straw and my hair seems to be losing it's shine (maybe it's in my mind). Somebody told me it's because of the blonde color in my hair; is that true? Or is my hair getting ready to fall out? Am I going to be bald? WAHH!

Calm down and moisturise like there's no tomorrow (if you haven't been doing so already) and stop manipulating. When I had blonde highlights, mine did break off but I wasn't moisturising at all, didn't know the first thing about it.

Have you tried castor oil? It's helped with my dry ends.

when using castor oil for the ends....are u adding a product and sealing with the castor oil or using castor oil alone on the ends? My ends need some work too from wearing mainly wash n gos for the past several months. It made my hair grow a lot, but my ends are dry and frizzy.

Yes, I moisturize first, normally with NTM, then I seal with castor oil. I sometimes just rub the 2 together in my hands first.

I agree about the castor oil; it really keeps my ends moisturized. I apply plain water to my ends then seal in the moisture with castor oil. However, castor oil is heavy and weighs my hair down so I only use it when bunning.

That's my problem, too much moisturizer weighs my hair down like no tomorrow! I can't seem to find a light enough moisturizer that actually moisturizes...:wallbash:

I would first go into some bright light and look at your ends to check for split ends. You trim them off one by one. I would also do a light and I do mean light dusting and then condition my ends. Castor oil works, I put ors olive oil cream on first and seal with castor oil. Slowly, you might have to get rid of the dyed hair but keeping your ends moisturized will help along the way.
