Last night I tried a method from Carolyn Gray's book. Ends treatment. I used my scalp cocktail oil. Which consist of Rosemary, Peppermint, Lavendar, Almond and Castor oil.
First I started with a very light trim of my ends. Oiled my scalp and my ends with the cocktail oil and did a quick massage. Next I applied the oil over the length of my hair.
Lastly I twisted my hair into bantu knots.

I slept in a thin plastic cap along with my satin cap. When I took down the bantu knots in the morning, let me tell you, my hair was very moisturized and soft to the touch. I had a nice wave curly pattern which was nice to wear today but it is still cold outside, I'll wait for warmer weather to wear my hair out. I will be incorporating this technique into my regime. Maybe twice a month.

I'm still on my S-curl challenge. One month of using S-curl on my ends. It has mabe a difference with my ends so far.

I find that when I put my hair in bantu knots with moisturizers and oil and leave in in for like an hour, it comes out sooo soft. i don't know why though...
